Permit is desired for the location of an upholstery business and selling sporting goods, mostly archery supplies and guns under his firearms license, in existing buildings. The Town Board has approved the application with additional comments. The Sawyer County Zoning Committee denied the application as submitted. Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee: It would be damaging to the rights of others and property values. It would create traffic. The Committee would hate to deny retail to one and not the other. It would not be compatible with the surrounding uses and the area. The Zoning Committee voted to waive the public hearing fee and the 12 month waiting period to �le if the applicant wishes to reapply for upholstery only. Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the Zoning Committee may commence an action with the Sawyer County Board of Appeals to review the decision in whole or in part, within thirty (30) days after the filing of the decision in the office of the Committee.
