Dear Mr. and Mrs. Bramhall,
On December 19, 2008 the Sawyer County Zoning Committee heard your request for a
two year extension to your condition use permit to exceed 15% impervious surface by the
construction of a replacement dwelling.
The Committee voted to mirror the Board of Appeals extension granted December 16,
2008. The conditional use will expire December 15, 2010 if permits for the actual
construction are not taken out by that date.
A record of this extension will be added to your file.
Thank you,
Cindy Yackley

Brenda L. Bramhall
938 Wert Road
Hudson WI 54016
Dear Ms. Bramhall:
Notice is hereby given that on December 15, 2006 the Sawyer County Zoning Committee
approved with conditions the following application:
Part of Lot 5, ls`Addition Court Oreilles Park Subdivision, S 34, T 40N, R 9W, Parcel -
19.5.1. Vol 685 Records Page 85. Approximately 75'x126'/132' containing 9800 sq ft.
Property is zoned ResidentiaURecreational One. Permit is desired for exceeding the
impervious surface limit of 15% to a total of 17.2% (1690 sq ft) by the construction of a
26'x40' (with eaves) replacement dwelling and a 25'x26' (with eaves) garage approved
with reduced setbacks at public hearing for variance #06-030. The Town Board has
approved the application with comments.
The Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved the application as follows: The final grade to be
sloped away from the lake at a greater elevation than the current elevation; all roofs guttered
away from lake and drain to road; driveway to remain pervious.
Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee: It would be not damaging to the rights of others or
property values. It would not be detrimental to ecology, wildlife, wetlands or shorelands.
The approval of the conditional use will expire on December 15, 2007, if application for
the actual permit to use/construct is not made by that date. Please be aware that a separate
Land Use Permit will have to be obtained for the dwelling that is to be built later.
Any person ar persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the Zoning Committee may
commence an action with the Sawyer County Board of Appeals to review the decision in
whole ar in part, within thirty (30) days after the filing of the decision in the office of the
Committee.
Yours truly,
Cindy K. Yackley

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Bramhall,
On November 14, 2007 the Sawyer County Zoning Committee heard your request for a
one-year extension of a conditional use approval granted at public hearing on December
15, 2006.
The Sawyer County Zoning Committee granted an extension to December 15, 2008. A
copy of this letter and the minutes from the November 14, 2007 public hearing will be
included in your file for this conditional use to exceed 15% impervious surface.
Yours truly,
Kitty Taylor
Zoning Secretary
Summary Agenda
Zoning Committee
PH: 14 November 2007
3) Town of Sand Lake—Arnold Evitch
BM motions to approve.
FZ seconds motion.
Motion carries.
Findings of Fact: It would not be damaging to the rights of others ar property values. It would be
compatible with surrounding uses and the area.
SAWYER COUNTY FLOODPLAIN ORDINANCE
This ordinance will govern development in mapped floodplain areas and when adopted will supersede the
Sawyer County Flooplain Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Sawyer County Board of Supervisors on May
28, 1991 and published on July 17, 1991. The proposed ordinance is on file in the office of the Sawyer
County Zoning Administrator. WAC reviews history of the hearings etc. on this ordinance and reminds
ZC that it is a state mandate. Lloyd Larson, Chippeva River East Fork Property Owners Assoc. president,
asks if any of the changes are more restrictive to property owners. WAC: No new restrictions will affect
property owners.
BM motions to approve and recommend to the County Board.
FZ seconds motion.
Motion carries.
NEW BUSINESS
1) Proposed purchases from 2007 budget
BM motions to approve expenditures for printer cartridge, pc, monitor, and software.
AM seconds motion.
Motion carries.
FZ motions to approve expenditure for scanner.
BM seconds motion.
Motion carries.
ZC wants to show deficit in line item for these purchases, does not want funds moved from another
line item.
2) Zoning Fee Schedule, including fees for Wind Energy Systems permits—WAC compared our fees to
other counties. Proposes raising CST fees from $35 to $50, from $10 to $20 for a single boring; pub-
lish a miscellaneous permit fee of$75 for small, personal system. Would require CUP ($200) then ac-
tual permit fee.
BM motions to approve change to $50/$20 CST fees; $75 small and personal system; $500 for
large system and review the fee annually.
JB seconds motion.
Motion carries.
This action doesn't preclude licensing in the future.
3) Bramhall CUP—Dave Bramhall present, didn't get it done last year. Hopes to do it next year. It is a
market-driven project. There is a possibility of more extensions.
KM motions to approve a 1 year extension to December 15, 2008.
FZ seconds motion.
Motion carries.
4) Wilderness Lake Class #4 — WAC distributes original list and update. Since last meeting, 13 lakes
have been added that were overlooked in original survey. This is not a hearing on the amendment.
