Notice is hereby given that on November 17, 2005 the Sawyer County Zoning Committee
approved the following application:

Page 121, Vol 356 Records Page 451. 180'x524' containing approximately 2.16
acres. Property is zoned Agricultural Two. Permit is desired for the expansion of
an existing cemetery to be located across Lower Twin Lake Road from the
existing cemetery and church. The Town Board has approved.
The Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved the application as submitted and
waived the fee.
Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee: It has been approved by the Town of Round
Lake. It would not be damaging to the rights of others or property values.
The approval of the conditional use will expire on November 17, 2006, if application for
the actual permit to use/construct is not made by that date.
Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the Zoning Committee may
commence an action with the Sawyer County Board of Appeals to review the decision in
whole or in part, within thirty (30) days after the filing of the decision in the office of the
Committee.

To Whom It May Concern:
In March of this year, you did grant the Spider L.ake Cemetery Board a Land
Conditional Use Permit for a parcel 484' x 180'.
This parcel was a donation and the donor decided to retain 300 feet of this parcel leaving
us a parcel 184' x 180'. The owner now wishes to donate 524 feet further to the south
along Lower Twin Lakes Road adjacent to and including 184 feet of the original parcel.
This parcel being directly across Che town road from the existing cemetery and church.
(See map e�closed.)
Because this parcel is a donation and because we will have to go through the whole
procedure again, we respectfully request that lhe fees be dropped for this application.

will be added to the Spider Lake Cemetery. The parcel is located in the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast
Quarter of Section 5, Township 41 North, Range 7 West. Mr. A1 Drum, another surveyor from our office,
had stopped by the zoning office a few weeks ago and showed a preliminary copy of the map to you. Mr.
Drum told me that you would like to do a preliminary review of the certified survey map prior to
submitting the final copy for review to make sure that we have surveyed the parcel as approved at the
public hearing. Please let us know if there needs to be any changes to the survey and we will make the
changes and send the final certified survey map along with the review fee to your office for final review.
