On June 17,2005,the Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved your application for

desired for the creation of 4 dwelling units wit6in the footprint of an eaisting
building currently operating as a restaurant and owner/manager living
quarters.
The Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved the application as submitted.
Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee: It would not be damaging to the rights of
others or property values and it would be compatible with surrounding uses and the area.
The approval of the conditional use will expire on June 17,2006,if application for the
actual permit to useJconstruct is not made by that date.
Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the Zoning Committee may
commence an action with the Sawyer County Board of Appeals to review the decision in
