On Friday, May 20, 2005 the Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved your
application for a conditional use on the following described real estate to wit:
Parcel A.and Lot 2,being part of the SW'/a NW'/4, S 21,T 41N,R 9W;Parcel
7.5. Volume 660 Records page 390; CSM Volume 6 page 231. 2.76 acres.
Property is zoned Residential One.Pernrit is desired for the location/operation of a
sign painting and vinyl application business within an e�cisting structure.
The Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved the application as submitted.
Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee: It would not be damaging to the rights of
others or property values and it would not create an objectionabie view.
The approval of the conditional use will eapire on May 20,2006 if application for
the actua►permit to use is not made by that date.
Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the Zoning Committee may
commence an action in the Circuit Court for Writ of Certiorari to review the legality of the
decision within 30 days aRer the date of this notice.

Dear Ms. Palmisano,
We would like to remind you that your conditional use approval for the location/
operation of a sign painting and vinyl application business within an existing structure on
the above-described property will expire on May 20, 2006.
Please complete and submit the enclosed application for permit and the permit fee of $25
as soon as possible. The application for use should include a drawing of the layout
including any structures you will build and description of areas you will use.
If applications are not returned by May 20, 2006, it will be necessary to go through the
public hearing process again. The Sawyer County Zoning Office can issue citations,
including fines, if you operate the business without the proper permits. If you have
decided not to proceed with this project after all, please let us know.

This statement should include your proposed intentions, the purpose of the request, and a
description of the general terrain and surrounding development. Photographs of the
property and surrounding area are encouraged. Indicate how the proposed use would not
be contrary to the public interest, et cetera.
