Permit is desired for the location/operation of a retail sales shop for horse tack,horse trailers and dog equipment. The Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved the application with the condition t6at operating hours be from 9 AM to 5 PM sia(6)days a week and the approval is for Sandra and Nat6an P.Radtke only. Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee:It would not create traffic or highway access problems;It would not destroy prime agricultural lands;it would be compatible with the sunounding uses and the area;it would not create an objectionable view because it will all be confined indoors and it would not be damaging to the rights of others or property values. The approval of the conditional use will expire on June 17,2006,if application for the actual permit to use/construct is not made by that date.
