Dear Mr.and Mrs.Radtke:
On June 17,2005,the Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved your application for
a conditional use on the following described real estaYe to wit:
Lot 2,being part of the E'/z of the SW'/a, S 21,T 42N,R 8W;Parcel 12.1. Permit is
desired for the location/operation of a retail sales shop for horse tack,horse trailers and
dog equipment.
The Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved the application with the condition t6at
operating hours be from 9 AM to 5 PM sia(6)days a week and the approval is for
Sandra and Nat6an P.Radtke only.
Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee:It would not create traffic or highway access
problems;It would not destroy prime agricultural lands;it would be compatible with the
sunounding uses and the area;it would not create an objectionable view because it will
all be confined indoors and it would not be damaging to the rights of others or property
values.
The approval of the conditional use will expire on June 17,2006,if application for the
actual permit to use/construct is not made by that date.
Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the Zoning Committee may
commence an action with the Sawyer County Boazd of Appeals to review the decision in
whole or in part,within thirty(30)days after the filing of the decision in the office of the
Committee.
