Dear Mr. Pendleton:
On December 17, 2004, the Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved with
conditions your application for a conditional use on the following described real estate to
wit:
Part of the N %z of the SE '/4, S 1 l, T 38N, R 8W, Parcels .13.1 and .14.1.
Document #318044. 60 acres total. Property is zoned Residential/
Recreational Two, Commercial One and Industrial One. Permit is desired
for the location/operation of a motocross track in the Commercial One
area and other related activities allowed in the G1 zone district; the
location/operation of a campground in the RR-2 zone district; and the
location/operation of a manufacturing facility in the I-1 area. The Town
Board has approved the application with conditions.
The Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved the application as follows: Auto racing
is not allowed. Noise related items are to cease operation during hours of darkness.
Subject to renewal after 10 years.
Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee: It would have a positive economic impact for
the area and it would be an appropriate use for the existing facility.
The approval of the conditional use will expire on December 17, 2005, if application for
the actual permit to use/construct is not made by that date.
Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the Zoning Committee may
commence an action with the Sawyer County Board of Appeals to review the decision in
whole or in part, within thirty (30) days after the filing of the decision in the office of the
Committee.

Dear Mr. Pendleton,
We would like to remind you that your conditional use approval for the location of a
motocross track and related activities in the G1 zone district and location/operation of a
campground in the RR-2 zone district and the location/operation of a manufacturing
facility in the I-1 zone district of the above-described property will expire on December
17, 2005.
Please complete and submit the enclosed application for permit and the permit fee as
soon as possible. The application for use should include a drawing of the layout including
any structures you will build and description of areas you will use.
If applications are not returned by December 17, 2005, it will be necessary to go through
the public hearing process again. The Sawyer County Zoning Office can issue citations,
including fines, if you construct without the proper permits. If you have decided not to
proceed with this project after all, please let us know.
