Bench mark to Johnson Road at southwest corner is 29.5" Conclusion: Any runoff from driveway, proposed garage, and wood shed goes toward the road. There isn't any roof runaff from the house to Johnson Road or to Connors Lake since all water off the main house roof travels underground as proven by the drawing and photographs showing the five down spouts entering the graund. The small porch on the south side of the house is the only area where downspouts do not go underground. This amounts to only 160 square feet of runoff.
