Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee: It would not be damaging to the rights of

The approval of the conditional use will expire on July 15, 2006 if application for the
actual permit to use is not made by that date.
Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the Zoning Committee may
appeal the decision to the Sawyer County Board of Appeals to review the legality of the
decision within 30 days after the date of this notice.

June 16,2005 at 6:30 PM in the Circuit Courtroom of the Sawyer County Courthouse.
This decision is a recommendation to the County Board of Supervisors. Any person or
persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the County Board may commence an action in
the Circuit Court for Writ of Certiorari to review the legality of the decision within 30
days after the date the decision is ratified by the County Board.

Dear Ms. Egge:
Your application for a Change in Zone District and Conditional Use will be considered at
a Public Hearing before the Sawyer County Zoning Committee on
May 20, 2005
This Hearing will begin at 9:00 A.M. in fhe Sawyer County Courthouse, 10610 Main
Street, Hayward, Wisconsin.
It is recommended that either you or a representative be present at the Hearing. A lack of
information about the application may result in unnecessary delay of a decision. Failure
to appear may also result in the denial of the application.
If it is impossible for a representative be present, please submit a written statement in care
of this office directed to James Bassett, Chairman of the Zoning Committee. This
statement should include your proposed intentions, the purpose of the request, and a
description of the general terrain and surrounding development. Photographs of the
property and/or buildings would be beneficial. Indicate the undue hardship inflicted upon
the owner by conforming to the present zone district and the compatibility of the
proposed use with the surrounding land uses. Convenience and financial loss or gain do
not constitute zoning hardship.
Your application will come before the Town Board for their review. Please contact
the Town Clerk, Kathy McCoy, 11503N Rykman Rd., Hayward WI 54843, 715/462-
9271, to confirm the date and obtain the time of the Town Board meeting for your
attendance ar the attendance of your agent.
