change of zone district of the following described real estate to wit:

therefrom the wetlands as indicated on the Wetland Inventory Map. Vol 564 Page
386. 270'x330' being approx. 20 acres. Change from District RR- 1 to District A-

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Disera,
On April 21, 2006, the Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved your application for change
of zone district on the following described real estate to wit:
Part of the NW'/4 NW1/4, S 28, T 41N, R 7W; Part of Parcel .6.1, excepting therefrom the
wetlands as indicated on the Wetland Inventory Map. Vol 564 Page 386. 20 acres.
Change from District Residential/Recreational One to District Agricultural Two. Purpose
of request is for raising harses/hobby farming. No decision received from Town Board.
The Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved the rezone application as submitted.
Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee: It would not be damaging to the rights of others or
property values. It would be compatible with surrounding uses and the area.
The Sawyer County Board of Supervisors must ratify the approval of the change in zone district
before it becomes final. This will be scheduled for the County Board meeting on May 18, 2006,
6:30 P.M., in the Circuit Courtroom of the Sawyer County Courthouse.
This decision is a recommendation to the County Board of Supervisors. Any person or persons
jointly aggrieved by the decision of the County Board may commence an action with the Sawyer
County Board of Appeals to review the decision in whole or in part, within thirty (30) days after
the filing of the decision in the office of the Committee.

Dear Mr.and Mrs.Disera:
Your application for a Change in Zone District will be considered at a Public Hearing
before the Sawyer County Zoning Committee on: Friday,April 21,2006.
This Hearing will begin at 9:00 A.M. in the Sawyer County Courthouse, 10610 Main
Street,Hayward,Wisconsin.
It is recommended that either you or a�epresentative be present at the Hearing.A lack of
information about the application may result in unnecessary delay of a decision. Failure to
appear may also result in the denial of the application.
If it is impossible for a representative be present,please submit a written statement in care
of this office directed to James Bassett, Chairman of the Zoning Committee. This
statement should include your proposed intentions, the purpose of the request, and a
description of the general terrain and surrounding development. Photographs of the
property and/or buildings would be beneficial. Indicate the undue hazdship inflicted upon
the owner by conforming to the present zone district and the compatibility of the proposed
use with the surrounding land uses. Convenience and financial loss or gain does not
constitute zoning hardship.
Your application will come beFore the Town Board for their review. Some
townships also have a Planning Commission. Please contact the Town Clerk,
to confirm the date and obtain the time of the Planning Commission and Town
Board meetings for your attendance or the attendance of your agent.
