Document #336738; CSM Vo127 Page 333. 3.88 acres to be rezoned out of the tota19.88 acres (approximately 200'x400'). Change from Residential/Recreational One to District Commercial One. Purpose of request is for the location/operation of mini storage units, by the purchaser. The proposal is to start with one large building for boat storage. Then for possible future use as a woodworking shop and retail sales and the mini storage building. The Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved the rezone application with the condition that the uses are restricted to those requested in this application. Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee: It would be compatible with surrounding uses and the area. It is not spot zoning. It won't impact traffic as much as residential development would. The Sawyer County Board of Supervisors must ratify the approval of the change in zone district before it becomes final. This will be scheduled for the County Board meeting on July 20, 2006, 6:30 P.M., in the Circuit Courtroom of the Sawyer County Courthouse. This decision is a recommendation to the Cotmty Board of Supervisors. Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the County Board may commence an action with the Sawyer County Board of Appeals to review the decision in whole or in part, within thirty (30) days after the filing of the decision in the office of the Committee.
