as amended of a change of zone district of the following described real estate to wit:
Proposed Lot #1 of an unrecorded survey rpepared by Jesse Suzan Land surveying
LLC on August 8, 2006, located in Part of Govt Lot 3, S 7, T 38N, R 6W, lying
north of State Highway 27/70, Part of Parcel :3.1. Vol 851 Recards Page 1.
Approximately 0.87 acres to be rezoned out of the total 21.26 acres. Change from
District A-1 to District RR-1.

Dear Mr. Kowalski:
As you know, on August 18, 2006 the Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved your
request to rezone the "south 250' of the east 200' of Parcel :3.1, lying north of Hwy
27/70." This action must now be ratified by the Sawyer County Board of Supervisors on
September 215`
Jesse Suzan has submitted a Certified Survey Map (CSM) for review for a proposed Lot 1
containing the mobile home and 0.87 acres. However, the dimensions of this lot are less
than the proposed land area requested to be rezoned. My question to you now is, is the
area on the proposed lot#1 the actual area that is requested to be rezoned, or is it the
larger area initially requested by you and approved by the Committee?
One of our concerns is properties that have split zone districts. If you intend to rezone the
land area approved by the Committee, then the parcel to the immediate west of the
proposed lot will have a small RR-1 district combined with a much larger A-1 district.
This can only create problems in the future. My recommendation is that if the only
purpose of the zone district change was to create a lot for the mobile home, then the
rezone should pertain only to the new lot and not"spill over" onto adjacent parcels.
Please let me know your opinion on this matter.

On August 18, 2006, the Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved your application for
change of zone district on the following described real estate to wit:
The south 250' of the east 200' of Parcel :3.1, lying north of Hwy 27/70, S 7, T 38N, R
6W; Part of Parcel :3.1. Vol 851 Records Page 1. Approximately 1.15 acres to be
rezoned out of the total 21.26 acres. Change from District Agricultural One to District
Residential/Recreational One. Purpose of request is for the creation of a lot with less than
5 acres with an existing dwelling, with no agricultural activities taking place. The Town
Board has approved the application.
The Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved the rezone application as submitted.
Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee: It would not be damaging to the rights of others or
property values. It would not be detrimental to ecology, wild life, wetlands or shorelands. It
complies with Town Board decision.
The Sawyer County Board of Supervisors must ratify the approval of the change in zone district
before it becomes finaL This will be scheduled for the County Board meeting on September 21,
2006, 6:30 P.M., in the Circuit Courtroom of the Sawyer County Courthouse.
This decision is a recommendation to the County Board of Supervisors. Any person or persons
jointly aggrieved by the decision of the County Board may commence an action with the Sawyer
County Board of Appeals to review the decision in whole or in part, within thirty(30) days after
the filing of the decision in the office of the Committee.

Commencing at the South Quarter corner of said Section 7; thence, on an
assumed bearing along the north—south quarter line of said Section 7,
