Vol 582 Records Page 282, Vol 598 Records Page 278. 3.65 acres to be rezoned out of the total 8.65 acres. Change from District Agricultural One to District Residential/Recreational One. Purpose of request is for the creation of a residential lot of 3.65 acres with no agricultural activities. The remaining 5 acres with the existing dwelling will remain agricultural with existing agricultural activities. The Town Board has approved. the application. The Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved the rezone application as submitted. Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee: It would be compatible with surrounding uses and the area. What is to remain agricultural would be adjacent to existing agricultural lands. The Sawyer County Board of Supervisors must ratify the approval of the change in zone district before it becomes final. This will be scheduled for the County Board meeting on November 14, 2006, 6:30 P.M., in the Circuit Courtroom of the Sawyer County Courthouse. This decision is a recommendation to the County Board of Supervisors. Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the County Board may commence an action with the Sawyer County Board of Appeals to review the decision in whole or in part, within thirty (30) days after the filing of the decision in the office of the Committee.
