On November 16, 2006, the Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved your application far
change of zone district on the following described real estate to wit:
Part of Lot 2, being Part of the SW'/4 NW'/4, S 13, T 40N, R 7W, Parcels .7.2 and .7.4.
Vol 417 Records Page 28, Vol 420 Page 120, Vol 508 Page 12; CSM #2909.
Approximately 6 acres to be rezoned. Change from District Forestry One to District
Residential/Recreational Two. Purpose of request is to bring said property into
compliance with the current use. The Town Board has approved.
The Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved the rezone application as submitted.
Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee: It would not be damaging to the rights of others or
property values.
The Sawyer County Board of Supervisors must ratify the approval of the change in zone district
before it becomes final. This will be scheduled for the County Board meeting on December 21,
2006, 6:30 P.M., in the Circuit Courtroom of the Sawyer County Courthouse.
This decision is a recommendation to the County Board of Supervisors. Any person or persons
jointly aggrieved by the decision of the County Board may commence an action with the Sawyer
County Board of Appeals to review the decision in whole or in part, within thirty (30) days after
the filing of the decision in the office of the Committee.

This Hearing will begin at 8:30 A.M. in the Sawyer County Courthouse, 10610 Main
Street,Haywazd,Wisconsin.
It is recommended that either you or a representative be present at the Hearing.A lack of
information about the application may result in unnecessary delay of a decision. Failure to
appear may also result in the denial of the application.
If it is impossible for a representative be present,please submit a written statement in care
of this office directed to James Bassett, Chairman of the Zoning Committee. This
statement should include your proposed intentions, the purpose of the request, and a
description of the general terrain and surrounding development. Photographs of the
propeRy and/or buildings would be beneficial. Indicate the undue hardship inflicted upon
the owner by confornung to the present zone district and the compatibility of the proposed
use with the sunounding land uses. Comenience and financial loss or gain does not
constitute zoning hardship.
Your application will come before the Town Board for their review. Some
townships also have a Planning Commission. Please contact the Town Clerk,
