Purpose of request is to create a residential lot less than 5 acres in size with an existing residential structure. The Town Board has approved. The Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved the rezone application as submitted. Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee: It would not be damaging to the rights of others or property values. It would not create an air quality, water supply, or pollution problem. It would be in compliance with the Town Plan. The Sawyer County Board of Supervisors must ratify the approval of the change in zone district before it becomes final. This will be scheduled for the County Board meeting on May 18, 2006, 6:30 P.M., in the Circuit Courtroom of the Sawyer County Courthouse. This decision is a recommendation to the County Board of Supervisors. Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the County Board may commence an action with the Sawyer County Board of Appeals to review the decision in whole or in part, within thirty (30) days after the filing of the decision in the office of the Committee.
