The Town Board originally denied the application. This application has been tabled from the November 2006 public hearing. The applicant requested the application be postponed to the June public hearing. The Town Board has again denied the application. The Zoning Committee voted to deny the application as submitted. Findings of Fact: Committee is agreeing with Town Board's decision. It is bounded to that denial by statute because this is outside of the shorelands. The Sawyer County Board of Supervisors must ratify the denial of the change in zone district before it becomes final. This will be scheduled for the County Board meeting on July 19, 2007, 6:30 P.M., in the Circuit Courtroom of the Sawyer County Courthouse. This decision is a recommendation to the County Board of Supervisors. Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the County Board may commence an action with the Sawyer County Board of Appeals to review the decision in whole or in part, within thirty (30) days after the filing of the decision in the office of the Committee.
