The Town Board has approved the application. The Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved the rezone application as follows: Just three parcels are created. Any further division of parcels would have 1 %2 acre lots. Access road to be extended full width to property's west edge. Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee: It would not be damaging to the rights of others or property values. It would be compatible with the surrounding uses and the area. The Sawyer County Board of Supervisors must ratify the approval of the change in zone district before it becomes final. This will be scheduled far the County Board meeting on October 19, 2006, 6:30 P.M., in the Circuit Courtroom of the Sawyer County Courthouse. This decision is a recommendation to the County Board of Supervisors. Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the County Board may commence an action with the Sawyer County Board of Appeals to review the decision in whole or in part, within thirty (30) days after the filing of the decision in the office of the Committee.
