Vol 838 Records Page 513. 39 acres. Change from District Agricultural One to District Agricultural Two. Purpose of request is for the creation of a 10 acre lot for sale to a purchaser not engaging in agricultural activities. Also for the possible creation of other residential lots at least S acres in size. The Town Board has approved. The Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved the rezone application as submitted. Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee: It would not be detrimental to ecology, wildlife, wetlands or shorelands. It would be compatible with surrounding uses and the area. The Sawyer County Board of Supervisors must r�tify the approval of the change in zone district before it becomes final. This will be scheduled for the County Board meeting on January 18, 2007, 6:30 P.M., in the Circuit Courtroom of the Sawyer County Courthouse. This decision is a recommendation to the County Board of Supervisors. Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the County Board may commence an action with the Sawyer County Board of Appeals to review the decision in whole or in part, within thirty (30) days after the filing of the decision in the office of the Committee.
