Approximately .75 acres. Change froin District ResidentiaU Recreational One to
district Commercial One. Purpose of request is for Commercial retail space (i.e.

station. The Town Board has tabled the decision with additional comments. The
applicants have requested the application be tabled as well.
Both applications will be before the Zoning Committee at the May 18, 2007 public
hearing, which wi11 be held in the Sawyer County Courthouse in Hayward, at
8:30AM.

the owner by conforming to the present zone district and the compatibility of the proposed
use with the sunounding land uses. Convenience and financial loss or gain does not
constitute zoning hardship.
