Purpose of request is to create lots for resale. The Town of Hayward has approved the application with additional comments. The Sawyer County Zoning Committee motioned to approve the application with buffer zone restrictions stated by the Town; with a County Plat. Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee: It would not be damaging to the rights of others or property values. It would be compatible with surrounding uses and the area. It would be compatible with the Town plan. The Sawyer County Board of Supervisors must ratify the approval of the change in zone district before it becomes final. This will be scheduled for the County Board meeting on January 17, 2008, 6:30 P.M., in the Circuit Courtroom of the Sawyer County Courthouse. This decision is a recommendation to the County Board of Supervisors. Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the County Board may commence an action in the circuit court for writ of certiorari to review the decision in whole or in part, within thirty (30) days after the filing of the decision in the office of the Board. It is recommended that either you or a representative be present at the Hearing.A lack of information about the application may result in unnecessary delay of a decision. Failure to appear may also result in the denial of the application.
