Purpose of request is for the development of 5 acre rural home sites. The Town Board has approved. The Sawyer County Zoning Committee denied the rezone application as submitted. Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee: The surrounding area is all A-1. There is no reason to change zone district other than to circumvent the CUP application process. The Sawyer County Board of Supervisors must ratify the denial of the change in zone district before it becomes finaL This will be scheduled far the County Board meeting on February 15, 2007, 6:30 P.M., in the Circuit Courtroom of the Sawyer County Courthouse. This decision is a recommendation to the County Board of Supervisors. Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the Coimty Board may commence an action with the Sawyer County Board of Appeals to review the decision in whole or in part, within thirty (30) days after the filing of the decision in the office of the Comnuttee.
