On August 17, 2007, the Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved with conditions your
application for change of zone district on the following described real estate to wit:
Part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4, S 10, T 39N, R SW, Parcel .12.1. Doc #347365. 16.91 acres
total. Change from District Residential/Recreational One to District Agricultural Two.
Purpose of request is to keep horses. The stabling would be no closer than 300' to the
ordinary high water mark of South Barber Lake. The Town Board has approved the
application.
The Zoning Committee approved the application with no stabling closer than 300' to the lake and
fenced outside 300' of lake.
Findings of Fact: It would not be damaging to the rights of others or property values. It would be
compatible with surrounding uses and the area. It would not destroy prime agricultural lands.
The Sawyer County Board of Supervisors must ratify the approval of the change in zone district
before it becomes final. This will be scheduled far the County Board meeting on September 20,
2007, 6:30 P.M., in the Circuit Courtroom of the Sawyer County Courthouse.
This decision is a recommendation to the County Board of Supervisors. Any person or persons
jointly aggrieved by the decision of the County Board may commence an action with the Sawyer
County Board of Appeals to review the decision in whole or in part, within thirty (30) days after
the filing of the decision in the office of the Committee.
