Change from District Agricultural Two to District Residential/Recreational One. Purpose of request is to create two (2) residential lots. The Town Board tabled the application for one month to allow the Board time to further discuss the application. By the request of the Town Board, the Zoning Committee tabled their decision until the October 19 hearing. The Town Board has now approved. The Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved the application with the condition that the two lots created cannot be further subdivided. Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee: It would not be damaging to the rights of others or property values. It would be compatible with surrounding uses and the area. The Sawyer County Board of Supervisors must ratify the approval of the change in zone district before it becomes final. This will be scheduled far the County Board meeting on November 13, 2007, 6:30 P.M., in the Circuit Courtroom of the Sawyer County Courthouse. This decision is a recommendation to the County Board of Supervisors. Any person ar persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the County Board may commence an action in the circuit court for writ of certiorari to review the decision in whole or in part, within thirty (30) days after the filing of the decision in the office of the Board.
