In January, the Zoning Committee tabled the application to give the Town of Round Lake Planning Commission time to review the application and make recommendations to the Town Board. The Town Board has now approved the application. _ The Zoning Committee approved the rezone of property with the conditions that a limit of 4 single family dwellings can be placed, with no fiirther lot division, and no lake access. Findings of Fact: It would not be damaging to the rights of others or property vahies. It would be compatible with surrounding uses and the area. It goes along with the Town Board plan. The Sawyer County Board of Supervisors must ratify the approval of the change in zone district before it becomes final. This will be scheduled for the County Board meeting on March 15, 2007, 6:30 P.M., in the Circuit Courtroom of the Sawyer County Courthouse. This decision is a recommendation to the County Board of Supervisors. Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the County Board may commence an action with the Sawyer County Board of Appeals to review the decision in whole or in part, within thirty (30) days after the filing of the decision in the office of the Committee.
