Vol 553 Recards Page 373, Vol 568 Page 262, Vol 255 Page 112, Vol 711 Page 346; CSM Vol 16 Page 189. 32.67 total acres. Change from District Agricultural One and Farestry One to District Residential/Recreational One. Purpose of request is far residential lot development. (10 lots proposed) The Town Board has approved. At the June 15, 2007 public hearing the Sawyer County Zoning Committee motioned to recommend denial of the above petition to the Sawyer County Board of Supervisors. At the July 19, 2007 meeting the Sawyer County Board of Supervisors refused to deny the petition as recommended by the Committee and referred the petition to the Committee with directions to draft an ordinance to effectuate the petition and to report the ordinance back to the Board at which time the Board may enact or reject the ordinance. The application has been tabled from the August 17 public hearing. The Sawyer County Zoning Committee motioned to approve under protest and that the Committee feels they made the right decision the first time and will talk to the County Board when it is presented. Findings of Fact: It is incompatible with surrounding uses. The Committee feels they made the right decision the first time and the Finding of Fact is part of the protest. If approved by the County Board a plat will be required for the creation of the lots. The Sawyer County Board of Supervisors must ratify the approval of the change in zone district before it becomes final. This will be scheduled for the County Board meeting on November 13, 2007, 6:30 P.M.,in the Circuit Courtroom of the Sawyer County Courthouse. This decision is a recommendation to the County Board of Supervisors. Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the County Board may commence an action in the circuit court for writ of certiorari to review the decision in whole or in part, within thirty (30) days after the filing of the decision in the office of the Board. At its June 15, 2007 public hearing the Sawyer County Zoning Committee motioned to recommend denial of the above petition to the Sawyer County Board of Supervisors.
