On March 16, 2007, the Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved with conditions your
application for change of zone district on the following described real estate to wit:
Part of the NW1/4 NW1/4, 533, T 40N, R9W, Parcel .6.2. Doc #343990. 20.04acres. Change
from District Forestry One to District ResidentiaURecreational One. Purpose of request is for
the creation of four(4)residential lots. The Town Board has approved the application.
The Zoning Committee approved the rezone of property with the conditions that no more than 4
lots be created and approximately equal in size
Findings of Fact: It would not be damaging to the rights of others or property values. It would not
be detriinental to ecology, wildlife, wetlands or shorelands.
The Sawyer County Board of Supervisors must ratify the approval of the change in zone district
before it becomes final. This will be scheduled for the County Board meeting on April 17, 2007,
6:30 P.M., in the Circuit Courtroom of the Sawyer County Courthouse.
This decision is a recommendation to the County Board of Supervisors. Any person or persons
jointly aggrieved by the decision of the County Board may commence an action with the Sawyer
County Board of Appeals to review the decision in whole or in part, within thirty (30) days after
the filing of the decision in the office of the Committee.

AMENDING SAWYER COUNTY ZONE DISTRICT MAPS
WHEREAS, the Sawyer County Board of Supervisors has heretofore been petitioned to
amend the Sawyer County Zone District Maps; and
WHEREAS, the petitions have been referred to the Sawyer County Zoning Committee
for public hearings; and
WHEREAS, the Zoning Committee, on due notice, conducted a public hearing on the
proposed amendments and filed their recommendations with the Board; and
WHEREAS, this Board has the legal authority to amend zone districts pursuant to
Section 59.69 (5) (e), Wisconsin Statutes.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Sawyer County Zone District
Maps, adopted March 1, 1971,be and the same are hereby amended as follows:
TOWN OF BASS LAKE
1) Jeremy Miller et ux. Part of the NW1/4 NW1/4, 533, T 40N, R9W, Parcel .6.2. Doc
#343990. 20.04 acres. Change from District F-1 to District RR-1, with the condition
that no more than four (4) lots be created and all approximately equal in size.
TOWN OF BASS LAKE
2) Tom Thompson et al. Lots 2&4, being Part of the E1/2 of the SW1/4, S 4, T 40N, R
9W, Parcels 3101 & 3401. Doc #344416; CSM Vol 29 Page 42. 50.04 total acres.
Change from District A-1 to District RR-1, with the conditions placed by the Town of
Bass Lake and that the covenants become deed restrictions: 1. All residential
dwellings and accessory buildings, if any, shall be built a minimum of 60 feet from
the street. 2. One outbuilding, other than a garage, shall be built provided there are no
kitchen facilities and it is not used for business purposes. Said outbuildings shall be
behind the house, meaning away from the street and shall be a maximum of 30'x36'
in size. 3. There shall be no more than one residential dwelling per parcel. 4. There
shall be no subdivision of any lots. 5. The exterior of any buildings must be finished
within nine months from the commencement of construction. Finished is defined as
the exterior being completed in brick, stone, wood, vinyl or aluminum siding. 6. No
visible, unlicensed, uninsured,junked or disabled vehicles may be stored or parked on
the parcels of property. 7. Only one business related vehicle may be parked on the
premises. 8. All recreational vehicles must be stored in either the garage or behind the
house.

The Sawyer County Zoning Committee, having held a public hearing pursuant to Section
59.69 (5) (e), Wisconsin Statutes, notice thereof having been given as provided by law
and being duly informed of the facts pertinent to the proposed changes, hereby
recommends that the petitions described as follows be approved:
TOWN OF BASS LAKE
1) Jeremy Miller et ux. Part of the NW1/4 NW1/4, 533, T 40N, R9W, Parcel .6.2. Doc
#343990. 20.04 acres. Change from District Forestry One to District
Residential/Recreational One. Purpose of request is for the creation of four (4)
residential lots. The Town Board has approved the application.
James Bassett motioned to approve with the condition that no more than four (4) lots
be created and all approximately equal in size.
Fred Zietlow seconded the motion.
Motion carried.

TOWN OF RADISSON
1) Geraldine M. Marucha et al. The SE1/4 of Section 22, and the NE1/4 NEl/4 of
Section 27, all in T 39N, R7W, Parcels .13.1, .14.1, .151 and .16.1 (Section 22) and
Parcel .1.1 (Section 27) excepting therefrom the wetlands as indicated on the Wetland
Inventory Map. Approximately 145.6 acres to be rezoned out of the total 200 acres.
Approximately 54.4 acres is wetland. Change from District Forestry One to District
Agricultural Two. Purpose of request is for the stabling of horses and for raising fowl,
cattle and pigs. The Town Board has approved the application.
Kathy McCoy motioned to deny the application.
Arlene Mizerka seconded the motion.
Unanimous vote.
Findings of Fact: It would be damaging to the rights of others and property values.
There is a potential for ecological damage because of wetland. It would be spot
zoning. F-1 surrounds this property.
Kathy McCoy motioned to remove horses by August 31, 2007.
James Bassett seconded the motion.
Motion carried.

Dear Mr.and Mrs.Miller:
Your application for a Change in Zone District will be considered at a Public Hearing
before the Sawyer County Zoning Committee on:Friday,March 16,2007.
This Hearing will begin at 8:30 A.M. in the Sawyer County Courthouse, 10610 Main
Street,Hayward,Wisconsin.
It is recommended that either you or a representative be present at the Hearing.A lack of
information about the application may result in unnecessary delay of a decision. Failure to
appear may also result in the denial of the application.
If it is impossible for a representative be present,please submit a written statement in care
of this office directed to James Bassett, Chairman of the Zoning Committee. This
statement should include your proposed intentions, the purpose of the request, and a
description of the general terrain and surrounding development. Photographs of the
property and/or buildings would be beneficial. Indicate the undue hardship inflicted upo❑
the owner by confornting to the present zone district and the compatibility of the proposed
use with the surrounding land uses. Convenience and financial loss or gain does not
constitute zoning hardship.
Your application will come before the Town Board for their review. Some
