Doc #347505; CSM Vol 24 Page 34. 1.163 acres. Property is zoned Residential/Recreational One. Application is for the construction of a 26'x28' detached garage on a vacant lot and meeting all minimum setback requirements. Section 4.26, Sawyer County Zoning Ordinance, would prohibit the construction of accessory buildings on vacant property. The Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved the application with the condition that a document will need to be drawn up and recorded tying both parcels together. A sample is enclosed. The parcels affected by the recorded document will not be able to be sold separately unless released by the zoning administration. Findings of Fact: The Town Board has approved. It would be compatible with surrounding uses and the area. It would not destroy prime agricultural lands. It would not create an objectionable view. The approval of the conditional use will expire on August 17, 2008, if application for the actual permit to use/construct is not made by that date. Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the Zoning Committee may commence an action with the Sawyer County Board of Appeals to review the decision in whole or in part, within thirty (30) days after the filing of the decision in the office of the Committee. I completely forgot about the Committee's decision when processing your request. Yours is the first request since the Committee's decision. I have revised the letter that you received last Friday. Please note that the Committee will hear your application at its Friday, August 17`�' hearing to be held at the RAMADA Inn. Also, we will be refunding you $ 150.00 as the application fee for a conditional use permit is $200.00, not $350.00. The application will be reviewed at two public hearings. The first hearing will be held by the Town of Hayward at 7:00 P.M., Tuesday, August 14, 2007. You should contact Shannon O'Hare, Town of Hayward Clerk, at (715) 634-4123 (Town Hall) to confirm this date. It is very important that you contact Ms. O'Hare as soon as possible as you may be required to attend a meeting of the Town's Planning Commission prior to your appearance before the Town Board. The Sawyer County Zoning Committee �vill hold the second hearing at 8 :30 A.M.., Friday, August 17, 2007 at the RAMADA Inn, 10290 N Highway 27 South. You or your agent should attend each hearing, especially the hearing conducted by the Committee. Only the Committee can approve the permit, the decision of the Town of Hayward is advisory only. It is your responsibility to convince the Committee to approve the permit that has been requested.
