Notice is hereby given that on August 17, 2007 the Sawyer County Zoning Committee
approved the following application:
Lot 4, being Part of Govt Lot 7, S 17, T 38N, R 9W, Parcel :7.19. Doc #323436;
CSM Vol 9 Page 98. 1.8 acres total. Property is zoned Residential/Recreational
Two. Permit is desired for massage therapy within an existing bed and breakfast
establishment. The B&B use was approved by conditional use permit #91-007.
The Town Board has approved.
The Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved the application with conditions:
Approval for current owner only; hours 7AM-1 OPM.
Findings of Fact: The Town Board has approved. It would not be damaging to the rights
of others or property values. It would be compatible with surrounding uses and the area.
The approval of the conditional use will expire on August 17, 2008, if application for the
actual permit to use/construct is not made by that date.
Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the Zoning Committee may
commence an action with the Sawyer County Board of Appeals to review the decision in
whole or in part, within thirty (30) days after the filing of the decision in the office of the
Committee.

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Nyberg;
Your application for a Conditional Use will be considered at a Public Hearing before the
Sawyer County Zoning Committee on Friday, August 17, 2007.
This Hearing will begin at 8:30 A.M. at the Ramada, 10290N Hwy 27S Hayward,
Wisconsin.
It is recommended that either you or a representative be present at the Hearing. A lack of
information about the application may result in uru�ecessary delay of a decision. Failure to
appeaz may also result in the denial of the application.
If it is impossible for a representative to be present, please submit a written statement in
care of this office directed to James Bassett, the Chairman of the Zoning Committee. This
statement should include your proposed intentions, the purpose of the request, and a
description of the general terrain and surrounding development. Photographs of the
property and surrounding azea is encouraged land uses. Indicate how the proposed use
would not be contrary to the public interest, et cetera.
Your application will come before the Town Board for their review. Some
townships also have a Planning Commission. Please contact the Town Clerk, Elaine
Nyberg; 86�2486 to confirm the date and obtain the time of the Planning
Commission and Town Board meetings for your attendance or the attendance of
your agent.
