Notice is hereby given that on July 17, 2009 the Sawyer County Zoning Committee
approved the following application:
Part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4, S 35, T 41N, R 7W; Parcel 8.2. Volume 745 Records
page 381, Volume 816 page 665. 5.06 acres. Property is zoned Agricultural Two.
Permit is desired for the renewal of Conditional Use permit #07-004 for the
location/operation of a small engine repair business. The Town Board has
approved the application with additional comments.
The Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved the application to remain with the
current owner and to be renewed in two years.
Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee: It would not be damaging to the rights of
others or property values. It was approved by the Town Board and hasn't caused
neighbors any majar concerns.
The next renewal date for the permit will be July, 2011.
Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the Zoning Committee may
commence an action with the Sawyer County Board of Appeals to review the decision in
whole or in part, within thirty (30) days of the date following the date of the signing of
this letter.

Enclosed please find a copy of the application for a renewal of conditional use permit
#07-004 for the location/operation of a small engine repair shop. At the public hearing
approving this operation, the condition was placed that the permit must be renewed in
three years from the original hearing date.
This application should be signed and returned to this office, accompanied by the public
hearing fee of$100.00. An application returned by the first Friday of the month will be
scheduled for public hearings in the following month. Applications submitted by Friday,
May 1, 2009 will be scheduled for public hearings in June. The expiration date of permit
#07-004 is June 16, 2009.
Please contact the zoning office if you have any questions on this application, or if you
have discontinued operation of the business.

Notice is hereby given that on June 16, 2006 the Sawyer County Zoning Committee
approved with conditions the following application:
Lots 4&5, being Part of the SW'/4 NW'/4, S 30, T 39N, R 9W, Parcels .7.8 and

acres total. Property is zoned Residential/Recreational One. Permit is desired for
the location/operation of a paintball course and the operation of a related store
within an existing building. The Town Board has approved the application.
The Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved the application for three years, at which
time it must be renewed.
Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee: It would not create traffic or highway access
problems. It would not destroy prime agricultural lands.
The approval of the conditional use will expire on June 16, 2007, if application for the
actual permit to use/construct is not made by that date. Your application for the approved
use is enclosed and the fee for this new business use is $50.00.
Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the Zoning Committee may
commence an action with the Sawyer County Board of Appeals to review the decision in
whole or in part, within thirty (30) days after the filing of the decision in the office of the
Committee.

Dear Mr. Johnson;
Your application for a Conditional Use will be considered at a Public Hearing before the
Sawyer County Zoning Committee on Friday, May 19, 2006.
This Hearing will begin at 9:00 A.M. in the Sawyer County Courthouse, 10610 Main
Street, Hayward, Wisconsin.
It is recommended that either you or a representative be present at the Hearing. A lack of
information about the application may result in unnecessary delay of a decision. Failure to
appear may also result in the denial of the application.
If it is impossible for a representative to be present, please submit a written statement in
care of this office directed to James Bassett, the Chairman of the Zoning Committee. This
statement should include your proposed intentions, the purpose of the request, and a
description of the general terrain and surrounding development. Photographs of the
property and sunounding area is encouraged land uses. Indicate how the proposed use
would not be contrary to the pub(ic interest, et cetera.
Your application will come before the Town Board for their review. Some
townships also have a Pianning Commission. Please contact the Town Clerk, Kathy
