Dear Mr. and Mrs. Campbell,
On December 18, 2007, the Sawyer County Board of Appeals approved your application for
variance on the following described real estate to wit:
#07-027 Part of the SW '/4 NE '/4, S 28, T 41N, R 9W, Parcel .3.5. Doc #346814. 0.8
acres. Property is zoned Commercial One. Application is for the construction of a
28'x30' retail addition and a 12'x24' parch addition, all onto an e:�isting store located
closer than 130' to the centerline of US Highway 63. The constructzon cost of the addi-
tions, to include material and labor, will exceed 50% of the current estimated fair market
value (50% CEFMV) of the building. Variance is requested as Section 10.21, Sawyer
County Zoning Ordinance, would restrict the total construction cost t�� not more than 50%
CEFMV of the building. The Town of Hayward has approved the app�lication.
The Sawyer County Board of Appeals approved the application with a 2 :year time limit.
Findings of Fact of the Board of Appeals: It is a win/win situation for the community. Hardship
is present because conformity would be unnecessarily burdensome due to existing location of the
building. Not contrary to public interest.
Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by this decision of the Board of Appeals may commence
an action in the Circuit Court for Writ of Certiorari to review the legali�ty of this decision within
30 days after the date of this notice. In future correspondence, or in applying for permits, please
refer to Variance 07-027.
