The Town of Hayward has approved the app�lication. The Sawyer County Board of Appeals approved the application with a 2 :year time limit. Findings of Fact of the Board of Appeals: It is a win/win situation for the community. Hardship is present because conformity would be unnecessarily burdensome due to existing location of the building. Not contrary to public interest. Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by this decision of the Board of Appeals may commence an action in the Circuit Court for Writ of Certiorari to review the legali�ty of this decision within 30 days after the date of this notice.
