The Sawyer County Board of Appeals approved the application as follows: approve addition with silt barriers, gutters, and retaining wall; with a 2 year time limit to take out permits. Findings of Fact of the Board of Appeals: It would not be the basis of economic gain or loss. It would not be a self-created hardship. It would not be damaging to the rights of others or property values. It would be due to special conditions unique to the property.
