The dwelling is located as close as 11' to the side lot lines, however the construction of the additions will not increase the nonconformity of the dwelling. Variance is requested as Section 10.2, Sawyer County Zoning Ordinance, would require that the cost of construction not exceed the 50% CEFMV of the dwelling; Section 18.4(a) would require that the additions be located a minimum of 10' and 30' to the side lot lines and Section 4.21 would require that the garage be located not closer than 63' to the centerline of a town road. The Town Board has approved with comments. The Sawyer County Board of Appeals approved the application with the following conditions: Removal of storage building from where it sits to at least 75' back from the water; restoration in the 35' buffer zone not merely not mowing; 2 rain gardens as suggested by the Town of Edge- water; and with a 2 year time limit. Approval is void if storage building is not moved back. Findings of Fact: Board is willing to give but also ask that the applicant gives. Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by this decision of the Board of Appeals may commence an action in the Circuit Court for Writ of Certiorari to review the legality of this decision within 30 days after the date of this notice. An area variance relaxes a dimensional standard such as a setback, frontage, lot area, or height.
