Doc #341269; CSM Vol 10 Page 157. 1.77 acres. Property is zoned ResidentiaURecreational One. Application is for the installation of a second driveway access onto County Highway F at a setback dis- tance of 252' to an existing driveway on the same property. Variance is requested as Sec- tion 4.23(1), Sawyer County Zoning Ordinance, would require a minimum setback dis- tance of 300' between driveways accessing this highway and Section 4.23(2) would allow for only a single driveway access to this property. The Town Board has approved the ap- plication. This application has been tabled from the July public hearing to allow the ap- plicant time to procure a recommended plan of construction to minimize runoff. The Sawyer County Board of Appeals approved the application with the condition that the 2 en- gineering firms' recommendations be used as guidelines. Findings of Fact: There would be no change in the use in the zone district. It would not be dam- aging to the rights of others or property values. It would be due to special conditions unique to the property. Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by this decision of the Board of Appeals may commence an action in the Circuit Court for Writ of Certiorari to review the legality of this decision within 30 days after the date of this notice.
