Notice is hereby given that on June 19, 2007, the Sawyer County Board of Appeals
withdrew the following application:
Lots 7&8, Block 3, Grindstone Heights Subd., S 20, T 40N, R 8W, Parcel -
15.3.7&8. Doc #346176. Approx. 100'x161 ' containing 16,100 square feet.
Property is zoned Residential/Recreational One. Application is for the
construction of a 30'x58' (33'x61 ' with eaves) dwelling with attached garage and
loft area above the entire structure, at a setback distance of 5' to a wetland area.
Variance is requested as Section 4.49, Sawyer County Zoning Ordinance, would
require a minimum setback distance of 40' to this wetland area.
