My client informed me late last week that he no longer wishes to pursue the appeal filed with the Sawyer County
BOA. He made contact with the developer, and based on the information provided to him by the developer, Dr. Dozier
has determined that pursuit of the appeal is unnecessary. Please advise what Sawyer County needs from my office to
formally remove the appeal from the agenda.
