Request to change zone district from Agricultural One to ResidentiaVRecreational Two has been approved.Purpose of request is for the location/operation of a 24 site RV seasonal campground The Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved the appfication with the following conditions:1) There will be no lake access to Little Sand Lake by the campers 2)Adequate notice be provided to each camper regarding trespass 3)All State,County and Town regulations and ordinances must be followed and adhered to;4)DOT approval must be received prior to construction;5)No ATV use within the campground;6)Properry to be licensed only for a campground; 7)A buffer of at least 130'shall be maintained from the highway(south side);8)At least a 50'buffer shall be maintained on both the east and west side of the property;9) A final plan shall be submitted to the Zoning Committee for final review prior to any construction and as soon as possible.The plan shall be to scale and include all of the conditions placed on the approval as well as the layout of the sites,screened azea,buffer areas,the office location, septic systems,well,shower/toilet facilities location,ingress and egress. C.� C�j Conditions placed on the Conditional Use Application of � �'��' Jennifer Metcalf �t `r �� � � ao�� August 15, 2008 Public Hearing .}�Q.�, t n� The Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved the conditional use application with the conditions that 1) there will be no lake access to Little Sand Lake by the campers; 2) that � adequate notice be provided to each camper regazding trespass; 3) that there be a 70' buffer along Hwy 70 and along the west and east side of the property; 4) all State, County and Town regulations and ordinances must be followed and adhered to; 5) a full time manager must be onsite at all times; 6) DOT approval must be received prior to construction; 7) the entrance into the campground must be wide enough to prevent back- up along the highway (approximately 3 lanes wide); 8) no ATV use within the campground; 9) camping units shall be removed from December 1� to March 31�`. However, no more than 20 camping units can be left on the property during the winter months. Those units need to be moved to a screened area that will not be visible from the south or west property line; 10) a final plan shall be submitted to the Zoning Committee for final review prior to any construction and as soon as possible.
