Notice is hereby given that on May 19, 2009, the Sawyer County Zoning Board of
Appeals approved the following application:
PFl, LLC. Part of the fractional W 1/2 of the SW 1/4, S30, T 39N, R 9W; Parcel
11.2. Doc#359096. 47.31 total acres. Property is zoned Residential/Recreational
One. Application is for the installation of a driveway access onto County Highway
BB at a setback distance of 219' from an adjacent driveway. Variance is requested
as Section 4.23, Sawyer County Zoning Ordinance, would require a minimum
setback distance of 300' between driveways accessing this highway. The Town
Board has approved the application with additional comments.
The Sawyer County Board of Appeals approved the application as submitted, with a 2
year time limit.
Findings of Fact of the Board of Appeals: It would not be the convenience of the owner.
It would not be the basis of economic gain or loss. It would not be a self-created hardship,
due to the unique property. There would be no change in the use in the zone district. It
would not be damaging to the rights of others or property values.
Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by this decision of the Board of Appeals may
commence an action in the Circuit Court for Writ of Certiorari to review the legality of
this decision within 30 days of the date following the date of the signing of this notice.

Your application for a variance wi(1 be considered at a Public Hearing before the Sawyer
County Zoning Boazd of Appeals on: Tuesday, May 19, 2009.
This hearing will begin at 7:00 P.M. at the Sawyer County Courthouse, 10610 Main,
Hayward, WI 54843. It is recommended that either you or a representative be present at
the Hearing. A lack of information about the situation may result in unnecessary delay of
a decision. Failure to appeaz may result in the denial of the application.
If it is impossible for a representative to be present, please submit a written statement to
this office directed to Alan Gerber, Chairman of the Board of Appeals. This statement
should include a description of the general terrain; surrounding development; your
proposed intentions; and the purpose of the request. Photogaphs of the property and/or
buildings are requested. Explain the undue zoning hazdship inflicted upon the owner by
confornung to the required minimum regulation, which induced the variance request.
Convenience and financial loss or gain does not constitute a zoning hardship.
Your appiication will also go before the Town Board. Some townships also have a
