Dear Mr. Boersma
On, the Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved your application for change of zone
district on the following described real estate to wit:
Town of Spider Lake — William Boersma etux etal. Part of Gov't lot 4 and Part of the
NW 1/4 NW 1/4, S 27, T 42N, R 6W; Part of Parce16.2. Document #314220. 2.27 acres
to be rezoned out of the total 4.47 acres. Change from district Forestry One to district
Residential/Recreational One. Purpose of request is to conform with the adjacent
property's zone district. The existing home is located on two different zone districts. The
Town Board has approved the application.
The Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved the application as submitted.
Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee: It would not be damaging to the rights of
others or property values. Also, the Town of Spider Lake has approved.
The Sawyer County Board of Supervisors must ratify the approval of the change in zone
district befare it becomes final. This will be scheduled for the County Board meeting in
May, 2009. Contact the County Clerk for the day and time of this meeting.
This decision is a recommendation to the County Board of Supervisors. Any person or
persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the County Board may commence an action
in the Circuit Court for Writ of Certiorari to review the legality of the decision within 30
days after the date the decision is ratified by the County Board.

MONTHLY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING 10/08/2008
The regular Town of Spider Lake monthly Town Board of Supervisors meeting was called to order on Oct.8,
2008 by Chairman Krause. Present were Krause,Meyers,Brandt,Promersberger and McGuiness. Also pres-
ent were Treasurer Overman and Clerk Guyer.
The minutes of the CLUP Public Hearing 9/10/08;Slow-No-Wake Public Hearing 9/10/08;TBM 9/10/08;STBM
9/17/08 and P&RC 10/1/08 were reviewed by the Board. Motion to approve was made by Promersberger,2nd
by Meyer. All in favor,motion carried.
The Treasurers report was given and made part of the minutes. Balance on hand 9/30/OS$133,912.03. Total
receipts$24,653.24,Payroll$12,831.63 and General Disbursements$177,391.42. Loans,surplus allocations,
COL and Holding Tank amounts remain the same. Boulder Lodge outstanding Personal Property Tax is$94.82
and Ross' Teal Lake Resort&Teal Wing Golf Course remains the same. Motion to approve was made by
McGuiness,2nd by Promersberger. All in favor,motion carried.
The vouchers were presented for payment as follows: Payroll#16575 thru 16583 in the amount of$3,893.55.
Motion to approve was made by Brandt,2nd by Meyer. All in favor,motion carried.General Vouchers#16584
thru 16608 in the amount of$13,009.67.
The Chairman explained the information from the Forest Service map for AN routes on road plans. Some of
the Towns recommendations were approved,other were not.
A motion was made by Brandt and 2nd by Meyer to approve the recommendation of the Plan & Review
Commission to approve the rezone application for Boersma as follows: Part of Gov't lot 4, pt of the NW Y4-
NW'/a,Sec.27-42T-R6W to change 2.72 acres of property zoned F-1 to RR1. The purpose was that the house
is on two different zoning districts. All in favor,motion carried.
Motion to approve the signs for the boat landings for evasive species at Heinemann&Landing Camp and
waive the fee for these signs was made by McGuiness 2nd.by Meyer. All in favor,motion carried.
The Chairman stated that the P&RC recommendations from motions to the Board only be included in the min-
utes. Unresolved items should be put back on the P&RC agenda so it could be discussed and the next meet-
ing.
Motion was made by Promersberger and 2nd by Brandt to authorize up to 2 election clerks for the November
4th election to register voters and help count the ballots. All in favor,motion carried.
The Clerk reported on letters from Sawyer County Land Record Department regarding name signs and fire
number signs on access roads off Town roads.
Brandt reported that the recycling grant has been filed.
Promersberger reported that the Fire Dept.assets are$18,624.59. McCracken will get a new grate over a drain
in the garage to replace a rusted out one. The FD will have their chili feed 11-22-08. Fire Chief Brandt report-
ed that a DNR grant has been received and she will be ordering equipment tomorrow. The FD will need a beer
license for the Chili feed.

Dear Mr. Boersma:
Your application for a Change in Zone District will be considered at a Public Hearing
before the Sawyer County Zoning Committee on: Friday,April 17, 2009.
This Hearing will begin at 8:30 A.M. in the Sawyer County Courthouse, 10610 Main
Street, Haywazd, Wisconsin.

appear may also result in the denial of the application.
