Doc# 359096. 5.53 acres total. Change from district Residential/Recreational One to district Agricultural Two. Purpose of request is to keep harses by the purchaser. The Town Board has approved the application. The Sawyer County Zoning Committee motioned to approve the application as follows: Approve no more than 3 horses. Any other animals or increase in number would require Zoning Committee approval. A separate motion also carried to record these restrictions on the deed when sold. Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee: It would not be damaging to the rights of others or property values. It was agricultural lands. It would be compatible with surrounding uses and the area. It has the support of the neighbors. The Sawyer County Board of Supervisors must ratify the approval of the change in zone district before it becomes final. This will be scheduled for the County Board meeting on Thursday, August 20, 2009, 6:30 P.M., in the Circuit Courtroom of the Sawyer County Courthouse. This decision is a recommendation to the County Board of Supervisors. Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the Zoning Committee may commence an action with the Sawyer County Board of Appeals to review the decision in whole or in part, within thirty (30) days of the date following the date of the signing of this letter.
