On August 20, 2009, the Sawyer County Board of Supervisors ratified thc approval of a
change of zone district of the following described real estate to wit:
Lot 5 of Creek view Subdivision, being part of the fractional W '/2 of the SW '/4, S
30, T 39N, R 9W; Parcel -28.5. Change from District Residential/Recreational
One to District Agricultural Two. No more than 3 horses are allowed. No other
animals or increase in number without Zoning Committee approval. These
restrictions are to be recorded on the deed when sold.

Dear Mr. Paine,
On July 17, 2009, the Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved the application for change of
zone district on the following described real estate to wit:
Lot 5, being part of Creek View Subdivision, located in part of the Fractional W 1/2 of
the SW1/4, S 30, T 39N, R 9W; Parcel -28.5. Doc# 359096. 5.53 acres total. Change
from district Residential/Recreational One to district Agricultural Two. Purpose of
request is to keep harses by the purchaser. The Town Board has approved the application.
The Sawyer County Zoning Committee motioned to approve the application as follows: Approve
no more than 3 horses. Any other animals or increase in number would require Zoning
Committee approval. A separate motion also carried to record these restrictions on the deed when
sold.
Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee: It would not be damaging to the rights of others or
property values. It was agricultural lands. It would be compatible with surrounding uses and the
area. It has the support of the neighbors.
The Sawyer County Board of Supervisors must ratify the approval of the change in zone district
before it becomes final. This will be scheduled for the County Board meeting on Thursday,
August 20, 2009, 6:30 P.M., in the Circuit Courtroom of the Sawyer County Courthouse.
This decision is a recommendation to the County Board of Supervisors. Any person or persons
jointly aggrieved by the decision of the Zoning Committee may commence an action with the
Sawyer County Board of Appeals to review the decision in whole or in part, within thirty (30)
days of the date following the date of the signing of this letter.

before the Sawyer County Zoning Committee on:Friday,July 17,2009.
This Hearing wi(1 begin at 8:30 A.M. in the Sawyer County Courthouse, 10610 Main
Street,Hayward,Wisconsin.
It is recommended that either you or a representative be present at the Hearing.A lack of
information about the application may result in unnecessary delay of a decision. Failure to
appear may also result in the derual of the application.
If it is irnpossible for a representative be present,please submit a written statement in caze
of this office directed to James Bassett, Chairman of the Zoning Committee. This
statement should include your proposed intentions, the purpose of the request, and a
description of the general terrain and surrounding deveiopment. Photographs of the
property and/or buildings would be beneficial. Indicate the undue hardship inflicted upon
the owner by conforming to the present zone district and the compatibility of the proposed
use with the surrounding land uses. Convenience and financial loss or gain does not
constitute zoning hazdship.
