Dear Mr. Mrotek,
On March 20, 2009, the Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved the application for change
of zone district on the following described real estate to wit:
Lots 1 & 2, being part of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 and the SE 1/4 NW 1/4, S 1, T 41N, R 8W;
Parcels 3.5 and 3.6. Volume 543 Records page 424, Volume 552 page 437, Volume 671
page 136; CSM Volume 30 page 211 . 20.16 acres total. Change from District Forestry
One to District Agricultural Two. Purpose of request is for hobby farming. This
application has been tabled from the February 20, 2009 public hearing. The Town Board
has approved the application.
The Sawyer County Zoning Committee motioned to approve the application as submitted.
Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee: It would not be damaging to the rights of others or
property values. It would be compatible with surrounding uses and the area.
The Sawyer County Board of Supervisors must ratify the approval of the change in zone district
before it becomes final. This will be scheduled for the County Board meeting on Tuesday,
April 21, 2009, 6:30 P.M., in the Circuit Courtroom of the Sawyer County Courthouse.
This decision is a recommendation to the County Board of Superv�isors. Any person or persons
jointly aggrieved by the decision of the Zoning Committee may commence an action with the
Sawyer County Board of Appeals to review the decision in whole or in part, within thirty (30)
days of the date following the date of the signing of this letter.

Dear Mr. Christman:
As executor of Helen Mrotek's estate, I am asking that the zoning committee table our
request to rezone lots 1 & 2 as indicated on the updated certified survey. The town of
Round Lake tabled our request until the March town board meeting. It was tabled due to
no representation at the town of Round Lake Board meeting in February. I will be
representing the estate for the request to rezone lots 1 & 2 at the March town of Round
Lake meeting. I am asking that the Zoning Committee table this matter at the February
20t" meeting until the March 20t" Zoning Committee meeting.

Re:Change in Zone District Public Hearing
Dear Mr.Mrotek;
Your application for a Change in Zone District will be considered at a Public Hearing
before the Sawyer County Zoning Committee on:Friday,February 20,2009.
Thi� Hearing will begin at 8:30 A.M. in the Sawyer County Courthouse, 10610 Main
Street,Hayward,Wisconsin.
It is recommended that either you or a representative be present at the Hearing.A lack of
information about the application may result in unnecessary delay of a decision. Failure to
appear may also result in the denial of the application.
If it is impossible for a representative be present,please submit a written statement in caze
of this office directed to James Bassett, Chairman of the Zoning Committee. This
statement should include your proposed intentions, the purpose of the request, and a
description of the general terrain and surrounding development. Photographs of the
property and/or buildings would be beneficial. Indicate the undue hardship inflicted upon
the owner by conforming to the present zone district and the compatibility of the proposed
use with the surrounding land uses. Comenience and financial loss or gain does not
constitute zoning hardship.
Your application will come before the Town Board for their review. Some
townships also have a Planning Commission. Please contact the Town Clerk,
to confirm the date and obtain the time of the Planning Commission and Town
Board meetings for your attendance or the attendance of your agent.
