On December 17, 2009, the Sawyer County Board of Supervisors ratified the approval
of a change of zone district of the following described real estate to wit:
Part of the NW '/4 NW '/4, S 35, T 41N, R 8W, Part of Parcel 2203. Change from
District Residential/Recreational One to District Agricultural Two with the
restriction to maintain a 50 foot buffer from the Kretschmer property and along
Hwy. B and the approval is for up to four horses only.

On, Friday, November 2Q 2009 the Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved your
application for change of zone district on the following described real estate to wit:
Town of Hayward — John Bartlett Brust Declaration of Tcust. Part of the NW 1/4 NW
1/4, 535, T 41N, R 8W; Part of Parcel 2203. Volume 556 Records page 320. 722 acres
to be rezoned out of the total 9.17 acres. Change from District Reside�tiaURecreational
One to District Agricultural Two. Purpose of request is to keep up to four (4) horses. The
Town Board has approved with additiona] comments.
The Sawyer County Zorung Committee approved the application with the conditions
that a 50 foot buffer be maintained from the Kretschmer property and along
Highway B; and that the approval is for up to four(4) horses only.
Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee: It would not be damagng to the rights of
others or propeRy values.
The Sawyer County Board of Supervisors must ratify the approval of the change in zone
district before it becomes final. This will be scheduled for the County Board meeting on
December 17, 2009 at 6:30 P.M., in the Circuit Courtroom of the Sawyer County
Courthouse.
This decision is a recommendation to the County Board of Supervisors. Any persoa or
persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the County Board may commence an action in
the Circuit Court for Writ of Certiorari to review the legality of the decision within 30
days after the date the decision is ratified by the County Board.

Re:Public Hearing Notice for Cha�ge in Zone District
Dear Mr.Brust:
Your application for a Change in Zone District will be considered at a Public Hearing
before the Sawyer County Zoning Committee on:Friday,November 20,2009.
This Hearing will begin at 8:30 A.M. in the Sawyer County Courthouse, 10610 Main
Street,Flayward,Wisconsin.
It is recommended that either you or a representative be present at the Hearing.A lack of
informaticn about the application may result in unnecessary delay of a decision. Fai�ure to
appear may also result in the denial of the zpplication.
If it is impossible for a representative be present,please submit a written statement in caze
of this of�ce directed to James Bassett, Chairman of the Zonin� Committee. This
statement should include your proposed intentions, the purpose of the request, and a
description of the general tercain and surrounding development. Photographs of the
property and/or buildings would be beneficial. Indicate the undue hazdship inflicted upon
the owner by conforming to the present zone district and the compatibility of the proposed
use with the surrounding land uses. Convenience and financial loss or gain does not
constitute zoning hardship.
Your application will come before the Town Board for their review. Some
townships also have a Planning Coromission. Please contact the Town Clerk,
5hannon O'Hare; 715/634-4123 to con5rm the date and obtain the time of the
Pianning Commission and Town Board meetings for your attendance or the
attendance of your agent.
