On, Friday, September 18, 2009 the Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved your
application for change of zone district on the following described real estate to wit:

excepting the wetlands as indicated on the Wetland Inventory Map.Change from District
Forestry One to District Agricultural Twa.Purpose of reques�is for cattle grazing and
pasturing.
The Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved the application with the restriction
that the cattle have no access to the creek.
Findings of Fact of the Zoning Corrunittee:It would not be damaging to the rights of
others or property values;it would not be detrimental to ecology,wild life,wetlands or
shorelands.
The Sawyer County Board of�upervisors must ratify the approval of the change in:ane
district before it becomes final. This will be scheduled for the County Board meeting on
October 15, 2009 at 6:30 P.M., in the Circuit Courtroom of the Sawyer County
Courthouse.
This decision is a recommendation to the County Board of Supervisors. Any person or
persons jointly ag�rieved by the decision of the County Board may commence an action ir.
the Circuit Court for Writ of Certiorari to review the legality of the decision within 30
days after the date the decision is ratified by the County Boazd.

Your application for a Change in Zone District will be considered at a Public Hearing before the
Sawyer County Zoning Committee on
September 18, 2009
This Hearing will begin at 8:30 A.M. THE HEARING WILL BE HELD AT FLAT CREEK
INN & SUITES, 10290 Hwy. 27 South, Hayward WI 54843.
It is recommended that either you or a representative be present at the Hearing. A lack of
information about the application may result in unnecessary delay of a decision. Failure to
appear may also result in the denial of the application.
If it is impossible for a representative be present, please submit a written statement in care of this
office directed to James Bassett, Chairman of the Zoning Committee. This statement should
include your proposed intentions, the purpose of the request, and a description of the general
terrain and surrounding development. Photographs of the property and/or buildings would be
beneficial. Indicate the undue hardship inflicted upon the owner by conforming to the present
zone district and the compatibility of the proposed use with the surrounding land uses.
Convenience and financial loss or gain do not constitute zoning hardship.
