Dear Ms. Borsellino,
Notice is hereby given that on March 20, 2009 the Sawyer County Zoning Committee
approved the following application:
Lot 1 and Outlot 1, being part of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4, S 14, T 42N, R 8W; Parcel
6.3. Doc#357950; CSM Volume 29 page 71. 15.01 total acres. Property is zoned
Agricultural One. Permit is desired for the moving on of a 16' x 32' single family
dwelling, owner not being engaged in agricultural activities. The Town Board has
approved the application.
The Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved the application as submitted.
Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee: It would not be damaging to the rights of
others or property values.. It would be compatible with surrounding uses and the area.
The approval of the conditional use will expire on March 20, 2010, if application far the
actual permit to use/construct is not made by that date.
Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the Zoning Committee may
commence an action with the Sawyer County Board of Appeals to review the decision in
whole or in part, within thirty (30) days of the date following the date of the signing of
this letter.
