I really appreciate all of your assistance with the conditional permit and all of the Sawyer County
information you have provided me. After reviewing the zoning ordinances and restrictions in
Sawyer County, we have elected not to build. It's seems that it's one obstacle after another. It's
been interesting to see the neighbors that have not adhered to the regulations and have built
beyond height requirements and distance requirements from lot lines. People have put sheds on
the property without paying $350. and having to go through a process. It's also rather interesting

that the town of Couderay has a garbage house on the main street on the way to our property, yet
we can not have our camper (New Winnebago with an enclosed sewer system) without having to
invest another 9K for a holding tank or a tiny house less then 20x20 w/loft. Maybe the zoning
office should encourage growth in the community versus strict adherence.
