I spoke with Kathy. We have not initiated the public notice portion of you application. This is where the
majority of the fee goes. We are putting in a request to the Treasurer to issue a refund check.
Could you reply back to us with a fonnal withdrawal of CUP 22-001?
Secondly, habitable dimensions would 11ave to be at least 500 SQ FT and 20' x 25'. Steve Boss is the UDC
inspector he can answer all the building code requirements. He can be reached at 715 634-7161.
