It would not create topographical problems such as run off, drainage, erosion, flooding, or vegetative cover removal. It would not create traffic or highway access problems. It would not destroy prime agricultural lands. It would be compatible with the surrounding uses and the area. It would not create an objectionable view. It would be consistent with the Town and/or County Comprehensive Plan. The Sawyer Coun[y Board of Supervisors must ratify the approval of the chonge in zone district before it becomes finol. This will be scheduled for the County Board meeting on July 21,2022 at 630pm, in [he Circuit Courtroom of the Sawyer County Courthouse. The Town of Winter comprehensive plan future land use shows this area as "Residential". With a mixing of zone districts between A-1, RR-2, and RR-1 with similar use occurring. The anticipated lot sizes if the rezone is approved would be 2 lots at approximately 4 acres per lot. This area is not currently being farmed for agricultural use. Public Hearing Info: There were 4 opinion letters sent out. 1 returned with no objections. The Town of Winter approved the request on June 8t�', 2022. The Sawyer County ZC made the recommendation for approval at the June Public Hearing of a vote of 5-0 with referencing all findings of facts in their determination.
