Notice is hereby given that on June 19, 2009 the Sawyer County Zoning Committee
approved the following application:
The NE '/4 SE '/4, S 26, T 38N, R 6W; Parcel .13.1. Vol 478 Records Page 471.
40 total acres. Property is zoned Agricultural One. Permit is desired for the
moving on of a single family modular home, owner not being engaged in
agricultural activities. The Town Board has approved the application.
The Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved the application as submitted.
Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee: It would not be damaging to the rights of
others or property values.
The approval of the conditional use will expire on June 19, 2010, if application for the
actual permit to use/construct is not made by that date.
Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the Zoning Committee may
commence an action with the Sawyer County Board of Appeals to review the decision in
whole or in part, within thirty (30) days of the date following the date of the signing of
this letter.

On Thursday, June 10, 2010 the Sawyer County Zoning and Conservation Committee
approved your request of an eactension on your conditional use permit. The Committee
extended your perr:�it fcr one(i)year. Therefore your permit will expire on June t9,
2011 if a land use permit fer the censtruction of your new home has not been acquired'�y
that date.
If at that time you find you are unable to build the new home,unfortunately you will need
to go through the conditional use pablic h�aring process over as the Committee only
extends pemuts once.

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Berger,
We would like to remind you that the conditional use public hearing approval for a single
family dwelling, which was approved at public hearing on June 19, 2009, expires on June
19, 2010.
If you are planning to proceed with this use, please complete and return the enclosed
Land Use permit. We have a record of your certified soil test, but need the Land Use
permit and sanitary permit.
If applications are not returned by June 19, 2010, it will be necessary to go through the
public hearing process again before constructing the home. The Sawyer County Zoning
Office can issue citations, including fines, if this use is started without the proper perinits.
If you have decided not to proceed with this project after all, please let us know. If you
require additional time to take out these permits, your request for an extension can be
placed on the May 21, 2010 Zoning Committee agenda.

Your appGcation for a Condirional Use will be considered at a Public Hearing before the
Sawyer County Zoning Committee on Friday, June 19, 2009.
This Hearing will begin at 8:30 A.M, in the Sawyer County Courthouse, 10610 Main
Street, Hayward, Wisconsin.
It is recommended that either you or a representative be present at the Hearing. A lack of
information about the application may result in unnecessary delay of a decision. Failure to
appear may aiso result in the denial of the application.
If it is impossible for a representative to be present, please submit a written statement in
caze of this office directed to James Bassett, the Chairman of the Zoning Committee. This
statement should include your proposed intentions, the purpose of the request, and a
description of the general tenain and surrounding development. Photographs of the
property and surrounding area is encouraged. Indicate how the proposed use would not
be contrary to the public interest, et cetera.
Your application will come before the Town Board for their review. Some
townships also have a Pianning Commission. Please contact the Town Clerk, Janis
Jensen; 945-2492 to confirm the date and obtain the time of the Planning
Commission and Town Board meetings for your attendance or the attendance of
your agent.
