Notice is hereby given that on November 19, 2008 the Sawyer County Zoning Committee
approved the following application:
Lot 3, being Part of the SW '/4 SW '/4, S 5, T 41N, R 8W, Parcel . 11 .6. Doc #354367;
CSM Vol 29 Page 324. 5.01 acres. Property is zoned Agricultural One. Permit is
desired for the construction of a single family dwelling, owner not being engaged in
agricultural activities. The Town Board has approved the application.
The Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved the application as submitted.
Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee: It would not be damaging to the rights of
others or property values.
The approval of the conditional use will expire on November 19, 2009, if application for
the actual permit to use/construct is not made by that date.
Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the Zoning Committee may
commence an action with the Sawyer County Board of Appeals to review the decision in
whole ar in part, within thirty (30) days of the date following the date of the signing of
this letter.

Dear Mr. Weatherhead,
We would like to remind you that the conditional use public hearing approval for a
dwelling in the A-1 zone dish-ict, which was approved at public hearing on November 19,
2008, expires on November 19, 2009.
If you are plailning to proceed with tlus use, please complete and return the enclosed
Land Use permit and fire number applications. You will also need to take out a sanitary
pennit.
If applications are no�returned by November 19, 2009, it will be necessary to go throu�h
the public hearing process again before construction. The Sawyer County Zonin� Office
can issue eitations, including fines, if you start this use without the proper pennits. lf you
have decided not to proceed with this project after all, please let us know. If you are not
able to build the dwelling at this time, you can request placement on the Zoning
Committee agenda to request an extension of the November 19 deadline.

Dear Mr. Weatherhead;
Your application for a Conditional Use will be considered at a Public Hearing before the
Sawyer County Zoning Committee on Wednesday, November 18, 2008.
This Hearing will begin at 8:30 A.M. in the Sawyer County Courthouse, 10610 Main
Street, Haywazd, Wisconsin.
It is recommended that either you or a representative be present at the Hearing. A lack of
information about the application may result in unnecessary delay of a decision. Failure to
appeaz may :ilsc� :�sult in±he de.nial of the application.
If it is impossible for a representative to be present, please submit a written statement in
care of this office directed to Jamec Bassett, the Chairman of the Zoning �ommittee. This
statement should inciude your proposed intentions, the purpose of the request, and a
description of the general terrain and surrounding development. Photographs of the
property and surrounding area is encouraged. Indicate how the proposed use would not
be contrary to the public interest, et cetera.
Your application will come before the Town Board for their review. Some
townships also have a Planning Commission. Please contact the Town Clerk, Carol
Stone; 634-4509 to confirm the date and obtain the time of the Planning
Commission and Town Board meetings for your attendance or the attendance of
your agent.
