Dear Mr.Bergh;
On Friday, December 18, 2009 the Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved your
application for a conditional use on the following described real estate to wit:
Town of Lenroot—Romaine Bergh etux. The North 100 feet of Lot 2,being part of the
SW 1/4 NW 1/4, S23,T 42N,R 9W;Part of Parcel 2306.Doc.#354014;CSM Volume
19 page 269. 1.13 acres out of the total 3.59 acres. Property is zoned
ResidentiaVRecreational One.Permit is desired for the creation of a mainland access to a
lot located on the Big Island of Nelson Lake,located in the SE 1/4 NW 1/4,S26,T 42N,
R 9W.The Town Boazd has approved the application.
The Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved the application with the condition
that a deed be filed in the Register of Deeds tying the mainland parcel and island
parcel together prior to any construction.A copy of said deed to be filed with the
Zoning Office.
Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee: It would not be damaging to the rights of
others or property values;It would not create an objectionable view.
The approval of the conditional use will expire on December 18, 2010 if application for
the actual permit to use is not made by that date.
Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the Zoning Committee may
appeal the decision to the Sawyer County Boazd of Appeals to review the legality of the
decision within 30 days after the date of this notice.

Sawyer County Zoning Committee on Friday, December 18, 2009.
This Hearing will be�in at 8:30 A.M. in the Sawyer Counry Courthouse, 10610 Main
Street, Haywazd, Wisconsin.
It is recommended that either you or a representative be present at the Hearing. A lack of
