The Zoning Committee denied the waiver of fees. The public hearing fees needed for these applications is $400 ($200 for the change of zone district and $200 far the conditional use). If the Town wishes to postpone the hearings from the scheduled September 18 date, please let me know. The fees for these public hearings is $400.00. The Sawyer County Zoning Committee has voted to deny waiving these fees for Town applications, once at the September 18, 2009 meeting and again on October 16, 2009. Please put this request for payment on the Town of Draper meeting agenda. Also included are the applications you will need for the actual construction of the campsites and any accessory buildings at the site. Sanitary permits for any privies or wastewater facilities can be taken out by a licensed plumber. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
